In order to secure our society's positive perception and public support for female science and technology people, and to encourage many female students to enter STEM, we discover a role model for Korean female science and technology to promote excellence and positive activities.

WISET has been running the “She did it” campaign since 2020. The “She did it” campaign, which presents a role model for female scientists, encourages female students to choose a career in STEM and grow in their desired role naturally. In addition, WISET informs the public of the social roles and actual achievements of female scientists who are active but hidden in Korea, thereby forming a positive image of women in STEM.
