- To foster female professionals specializing in emerging technologies and industries and provide capacity-building training for career development
- Emerging Technology and Industry Education and Training : We provide professional competency training in emerging technologies and industries such as information security, artificial intelligence (AI), and big data so that women in STEM who are unemployed or preparing to switch jobs can advance into promising fields.
- Capacity Building Training for Current Employees : To help women working in STEM fields become crucial leaders with a competitive advantage, we collaborate with external organizations to provide various types of education/training per stage of their careers, such as hierarchy, business leadership, and creative thinking.
- Step-by-step education for career development : To attract female talents to STEM fields and help them become leaders, we directly visit companies, institutions, and schools in STEM fields to design a curriculum according to the characteristics and needs of the respective applicant institution and provide customized programs.
