We provide professional competency training in new technologies and industries such as information security, artificial intelligence (AI), and big data so that women in STEM who are unemployed or preparing to switch jobs can advance into fields that are promising in the future.
To help women working in STEM fields grow into crucial leaders with a competitive advantage, we work with external organizations to provide various types of education for each stage of their careers, such as hierarchy, business leadership, and creative thinking.
In order to attract female talents to STEM fields and foster them into leaders, we directly visit companies, institutions, and schools in STEM fields to design a curriculum according to the characteristics and needs of the respective applicant institution and provide customized programs.
