We provide specialized competency training in new technology fields such as Bio/Medicine, AI Data Analysis, and Information Security for female scientists and engineers preparing to advance into future promising sectors. Furthermore, we develop expert instructors in cutting-edge fields like Generative AI and Robotics, establish an instructor database (DB), and disseminate the educational impact through school and industry partnerships.
We support the continuous growth of female scientists and engineers in the workforce by offering programs focused on career development and leadership competency enhancement, including science and technology trends, ESG, and women's leadership.
In partnership with national science centers and local governments, we provide customized
training programs for students (elementary, middle, high school, university, and graduate) and
professionals working in industry, academia, and research.
We enhance career entry into STEM fields and strengthen practical application skills through
various programs, including career lectures and new technology experiences.
